Felicia helped us with the whole process from understanding what was going to happen to making sure our car got picked up. She was available any time we needed her and replied to voicemail messages quickly. Very courteous and patient to help us understand what was going on and what to expect. Even helped us locate the driver when we hadn't heard from him when expected. Great service!
