I have never had a car transported before and was a bit worried after I started reading horror stories. From my experience and what seems like most other people experience, Magic Carpet is all about following through on their customer service. I had a tricky situation of being out of the country (and unavailable by phone) during the transport, but Don worked with me and the driver and my brother to make sure it all went smoothly, even during the weekend. He explained a lot about the process and how the pricing works so that I felt confident in where my money was going and what it was paying for.

The price was on par with what I was getting from lower rated companies and the car was picked up the first day of its window and dropped off 5 days later after being transported nearly as far away as it could be on the continental US.

I would highly recommend MC, as well as Don.
