I chose Magic Carpet based on a combination of their reviews on transportreviews.com, a solid quote, and on my initial phone calls with the company. They seemed to be more knowledgeable and professional than some other companies I received quotes from. In addition to that, some of their competitors even sent me multiple emails, and then when I contacted them to let them know to stop, they claimed they hadn't sent them! What a farce. Magic Carpet did not badger me with multiple emails.

Brandon was overall polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to others.

Door to door service was good, and pick-up and drop-off were both within a day or two of the estimates Brandon provided me.
