Having no previous experience in the auto-shipping process, I commenced my search on the internet. I finally stumbled upon a couple of review boards, and Magic Carpet was rated at the top of both. I also received a voluminous number of quotes from other carriers, but the cost differential was marginal between the highest and lowest, so it made sense to select the company with the highest rating. Myra was excellent. She proactively reached out to me to confirm and reconfirm pick-up as well as delivery. She responded to my messages within an hour. Finally, she was upbeat and honest. The actual pick-up of my vehicle was slightly delayed, but again, Myra did all that she could to remedy this hiccup as quickly as possible. For as often as a person ships his / her car, it's logical to go with the best, and that is what Magic Carpet represents in this industry.
