Carrier status updates lacking

Magic Carpet's service was excellent. I had a one-week window for pickup and they found a carrier the same day I called that was available on the first day of the one-week window.
The carrier performed as promised, however the pickup and delivery times were way off. Unfortunately, the driver didn't call with updates, so in both cases we were left hanging for hours waiting for the truck to show.
