It is easy to have good customer service when things go well, but the real test is when things go wrong. Due to no fault of Magic Carpet there were delays on the part of my carrier and Sheila worked with me to resolve them and Sheila and Michelle gave me very good customer service despite the fact that what went wrong was out of their control. I appreciated it.
