First off Brandon, was VERY accomodating with the Dealer that I bought a new 7-series BMW from. The pick up date changed at least 3x, thru no fault of my own, but the dealer having issues getting custom DVD screens installed. Brandon could have easily charged me over and over for delaying the load and having to reschedule but he did not.

That being said, a broker is only as good as the driver/company that delivers the load. The company that actually picked up my load was Nationwide Auto Shippers. Please look at the reviews that company has on Transport reviews. The same site that has Magic Carpet as 5 stars, has these guys with ZERO. Why you would EVER trust them with any load is beyond me. When I found out they had my load, and i looked them up, I was nervous to say the least. I paid top dollar for enclosed shipping coast to coast. The trailer was enclosed, but it had mesh sides, not hard walls, and the top was mesh as well. So that when i got my car it had wet leaves and rain spots from the rain during the road trip. No damage was done, but I was expecting a real enclosed trailer, not mesh walls and top...but again thats what you get when you deal with companies of that level.

My advice to Magic Carpet, and its president that is so proud of its top rating on Transport Reviews. Do NOT deal with companies like Nationwide Auto Shippers. If i wanted to use them I could have went straight to them, and I NEVER would have based on the reviews. I'm just glad my vehicle arrived with no issue. Customer service is important, but if a customers vehicle arrives damaged or dirty or whatever, from a company that you endorse and trust, who cares about customer service?

Thanks for the great customer service though Brandon...hands down the best service.
