Sue was very informative and helped me to understand the auto moving process from the start. She did have some trouble finding a carrier that would take our two cars, which caused some delays. However, she was continuously in contact with me and kept me informed throughout the process, providing personal service that I appreciated. Our cars did arrive much later than we had hoped, but once a carrier was found we received them in just two days in great condition. Thanks Sue for your service.

Sometimes the route does get in the way of getting carriers to accept right away, but I am glad you were satisfied overall with the transport.
