Helpful and contactable. Not clear on rebate cost incorporated in quote. Price was put on board by Magic Carpet, and then after driver accepted and contacted customer, Casey called back and said they would only do it for $60 more. Trucker said Magic Carpet called him and asked if he could do it for $60 cheaper? Ended up I ate the extra $60...never understood why it was listed on board for a price that was not what we agreed too.
