I purchase a car off of Ebay thinking that I would fly out to drive the car back home but quickly realize that I would not able to get the extra 4 custom wheels and tire into the vehicle and the cost of the flight was expensive. I started looking for a auto transporter with "Enclosed" capability. I Googled "Auto Transporter" and selected "Auto Transport review". I needed a reliable carrier because the car was very expensive!!

The review listed transporters based upon their customer reviews and I discovered that Magic Carpet Auto Transport was rated as a 5 star carrier. I submitted a request for a "quote" and within minutes I had a quote $1049.00 for a Enclosed carrier who would also transport the car extra custom wheels and a person assigned to my account. I called the next day and spoke with Sheila Paquette and she explained the process and answer all my question despite my ignorance about auto shipping.

I gave her the pickup date and time and she assured me that she would fine a reliable and careful carrier with "Enclosed" capability. Two days before the scheduled pickup I got anxious about the pickup but Sheila assured me that everything was still on schedule..

Working with Sheila was great! She called me a day before the pickup and gave me all the information on the carrier. The next day the Carrier called me and told me he was at pickup site. The seller took pictures of the car being loaded on the enclosed trailer and pictures of the trailer leaving his house.
I got a call from the driver that he would deliver my vehicle on Saturday August 27, a day after the pickup. The driver called me the day of delivery and said that he would deliver a 3:00 pm but he actually arrived 1 hour earlier. Brian the driver, was very friendly and professional. He unloaded the car and extra wheels very quickly and verified that everything was ok with the vehicle.

This was my first time using a Auto Transporter but Magic Carpet Auto Transport was friendly and and helpful doing the entire process. Sheila sent me updated text messages doing the process to let me know the status of my vehicle shipping.
I highly recommend Magic Auto Carpet Transport to anyone looking for reliable auto shipping.
