Sue stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. From the time that I called to inquire about using Magic Carpet Auto Transport to ship my auto from Washington DC to Houston TX, to the date of delivery. She was always cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable about the shipping process. She was the middle man between the driver of the truck and me, and for that I am thankful. I would strongly recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transport to my friends and would use them again myself. I would also suggest that they ask for Sue. She made my shipping experience a breeze both times that I used the compnay and I know that she will do the same for everyone else.
