Deonna was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. She followed through and made sure that the delivery got setup and that once it was picked up that the vehicle made it to its destination as scheduled. The route for the shipment of my vehicle was a less common route and it wasn't possible to get my vehicle shipped on the original time line and for the original bid, but Deonna worked hard to find someone to transport the vehicle. Thanks!
