Overall I was pleased with the service that I received. Kathy was knowledgeable and helpful answering most of the questions that I had.

It was a little frustrating having to wait until the last minute to know who the carrier would be and the inability to book much in advance. This left me having to make some changes at the very last minute and made it difficult to coordinate with the other part of my household goods move across the country. this was one of the two reasons that I did not rate the overall experience higher than I did.

The only other issue I had was with a last minute price increase from what was originally quoted to me. By waiting until very late in my window of transportation time it did not leave me with very many options to do anything about it. I also would have hoped that Magic Carpet would have covered some of the increase rather than just passing it entirely to me especially considering they had provided me a lower quote to base my decision off of

My car was picked up on time and was delivered on time with no problems or issues occurring during the transport period

All the administrative support and status questions were answered promptly and accurately.

Overall I would use Magic Carpet Again but there was definitely room for improvement on some of the business issues that I encountred
