I would use the company again because they are thorough in the printed material they send regarding the automobile shipping process: liabilities, etc. I could get through to a person whenever I called, but not necessarily my assigned agent. The company's function seems to be to match the customer with a carrier. Then they are done with you. I thought they also would manage the transport more- track where the car was, know about delays, contact the customer about changes. They did not do that. The pick-up was one day and several hours after window originally stated. The drop was late- carrier's delay and traffic, not the transport company's fault. Basically, there is a lot of waiting with this process. I thought it would be monitored a little more by the transport company.
