Don Treece was professional and courteous. Took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly. Communicated with me both via phone and e-mail throughout the transaction to keep me updated. The carrier picked up the vehicle later than promised, had vehicle trouble and delivered couple days late but Magic Carpet is not to blame for that. Will use them again.
