I was very impressed with the customer service I recieved from Magic Carpet. When I first called in I was connected with Adrian Buckmiller. She was very knowledeable and walked me through the whole process. I called in several times for a status update and I reached Adrian each time. I never got a voicemail and that was very important to me. I wanted to be able to talk with someone when I had questions about transportation of my vehicle. I would recommend Magic carpet to friends and family. Thanks so much.
