Worked with me on dates- especially when I needed the car within a certain window, as I would not be in California until a certain day. Explained the trucking process to me, and the payment system. Kept in constant contact, driver was polite and explained the process each step of the way. Driver even helped me find somewhere to store the car for a day until I arrived in California. Driver also agreed to meet me in my town, which is very out of they way and secluded. Don was excellent in explaining why I had not received a carrier yet, and worked hard to find me one. He checked in weekly, and made sure I was filled in on each step of the process. He did well finding me a carrier who would drive in the perimeters I gave. I was given a reasonable quote, and good reasons why the quote went up slightly (peak shipping season and having to store the car). The driver made an effort to meet me somewhere that was convenient for me, especially as I had no way of transportation to get to him. Met me right outside my new residence. Excellent service all around.
