I needed to have a custom motorcycle picked-up from Tampa, Fl., and delivered to me to NJ. I've called and requested quotes from other companies who gave me comparable quotes, but decided on Magic Carpet after reading the positive comments from other customers, and their highest reviews on Transport.com.

Don Treece was the personal account executive that was assigned to my shipping/transport needs. He was on top of things from the get go, and goes above and beyond; very courteous and professional. I informed him that the seller will be going away and if he can have someone pick-up the bike before the seller leaves. The bike was picked up after a couple of days and delivered to me 3 days later. The whole process, from the first call of ordering, to delivery of the bike, took just a week (I was expecting longer). The bike was secured between two other cars in the trailer. It arrived a bit dirty from the elements (to be expected from open transport), but intact, with no damage. The driver and his associate unloaded the bike with care, as if it was their own. I had my doubts about shipping a motorcycle on an open trailer just to save money, but the added cost of a couple of hundred dollars for a closed trailer was out of my price range. I can deal with the bike arriving dirty as long as the bike arrives safely and intact, and that is exactly what happened.

All in all, my experience with Magic Carpet Transport was positive one, and they live up to expectation. Don was very pleasant and easy to deal with, and kept on top of things. He called and sent emails to keep me informed of the shipping progress. I am happy to have chosen them and definitely will use Magic Carpet Transport for my future transport needs, and will highly recommend them to those who will need the same services.
