This is my first time dealing with transporting my car. After doing my research, I decided to go with the one that had the best reviews and ratings on this site. I am very glad I chose Magic Carpet Auto Transport. Although it was a bit pricey, I wanted to make sure I was not going to get ripped off by settling for less. Stephanie Hamilton was the initial person who helped me process the transaction; if she was not in the office, another employee answered any of my questions or concerns. I booked my car to be shipped from New York to California. Within those three weeks, she was able to find me a driver. I was a bit disappointed because the employees were not able to disclose the driver’s phone number; I had to wait for the driver to call me which was litereally two days before he picked up my car. I really wanted to ask the driver himself if I could pack some things in my trunk before I started selling everything. On the bright side, the driver then contacted me and we kept in contact until it was finally shipped to my new address. My car was dirty from the outside when it arrived to California, but that was expected. Overall, I would use this company again!
