I purchased a Mercedes Sprinter van with dual wheels from CarMax. They informed me it could take up to 30 days to receive it. I waited for them to come through with their end of the bargain to get it to Las Vegas from Ft. Lauderdale......30 days they proceeded to jerk me around until they finally said they would not be able to ship it for me because it was a dual wheel vehicle and it would not fit on a regular car carrier.

I proceeded to call other auto shipping companies and made arrangements with one to pick up the van. They said it would be picked up within 2 days. 4 days later, it was still not picked up and the guy wouldn't answer his phone. When I called Magic Carpet, I immediately received great customer service from Sue Garrison. She explained how the bid/pricing process worked and we had a bid within 2 days. My van was picked up within 2 days after that and I had it in front of my house 5 days after that.

Sue also followed up after delivery to make sure everything went as promised. May not be the cheapest service around, but was in the ballpark and definitely worth a little extra to get the excellent customer service.
