First of all, I made a mistake by review a wrong company Magical Auto Transport Inc. few minutes ago. Sorry.
Basically, the service I recieved was quite good, including email confirmation, and calling from my primary caontact person Ms. Kathy Ashlock from 360-834-2900, and she could answer me with info that I need when I called her. I put books in my trunk, and I guess it's overweight, so I was charged for 200 bucks. But comparing to delivering those books by UPS, this price is still cheaper and faster. The car and bookes arrived well and quickly to me.
In a word, I'm happy with the whole shipping experience, and if I need it again, I'll turn to this company again. However, I want them to be careful with spelling my name, even if it might looks rare in english.
