I was in an extremely frustrating circumstance when the first auto transport company I had initially contacted took my security deposit without helping me find a trucking company that would transport my vehicle from CA to NC. After taking my money, the company simply severed all communication with me, refusing to answer calls and dismissing my emails. I was in a state of panic, since I desperately needed my car to shipped asap. I knew that i needed to find another transport company and luckily found Magic Carpet. Adrian took great care of my order. She was sympathetic to my situation and promised to try her best to find a reputable trucking company and have my car delivered on the desired date. True to her word, she remained in excellent communication, always available on the phone to answer my inquires and inform me on the progress of my order. In the end, everything worked out!
