Hi Mahul! I first want to thank you for your review. I appreciate it. I do want to make clear that when you called you were in need of expedited service because you needed it picked up within 3 days. There is an extra charge for this service, and that's why you were paid more. We had a driver assigned within 2 hours of your order and picked up 2 days later, and I am so glad that everything went well with your transport in such a short time. If you ever need us again, I would be happy to assist you with your transport. I'll even give you a return customer discount.
