My friend owns a motorcycle dealership in MO. They gave me an unresistant-able price on a used motorcycle. The problem? I live in California. After almost two weeks of trying to find a carrier at a reasonable price, I came across Magic Car transport. Not only where they incredibly affordable, they were very prompt to get my delivery set up. This is something I really appreciated especially after the nightmares I had with other companies (rude customer service, problems with picking the bike up at a dealer but the dealer not the person paying for the delivery...etc). They picked up the bike on time from the dealership and in less then a week, had it delivered to my door! They even came a day earlier than they projected. I was surprised too to see the driver hand delivered a bag of motorcycle goodies (charger for the battery, random other things), my friend had sent along with the bike. This is something he DID NOT have to do but did it anyway! To sum up my experience, they were affordable, professional, and EASY to deal with. The whole process took less than 10 mins on the phone and less then 10 mins with the delivery. My only compliant is that my bike arrived dirty which is what is to be expected with an open air carrier!
