Definitely worth it

I feel most people only take the time to write a review when something pissed them off. But my experience shipping a vehicle from BC to NS was a total piece of cake with MVS. Their pricing was hundreds (if not thousands) cheaper than competitors, but the service was top-notch. The shipment took about as long as they had quoted. Their online tracking and notification system (which notifies you of any updates to where your car is throughout its journey) was timely and accurate. I think a lot of complaints are from people who needed a fast shipment with zero flexibility so when things took a little longer than expected, they were screwed. Or the complaints are of damage (which can always occur in any shipment). But MVS has you take detailed photos of the vehicle before shipment so you can have evidence if something is their responsibility. The other big thing is complaints of people who left personal belongings in their vehicles. In the end, if you are a little flexible on your delivery date, don't leave anything in your car during shipment, and take detailed photos before dropping off your car (all of which MVS informs you about upfront or mandates that you do), there really shouldn't be any issues. And you get high-quality shipping services with excellent pricing, online tracking and payment, and good customer service; all of which were key hallmarks of my experience with MVS Canada. I have no complaints. Also, for those interested, it took 30 days to get my vehicle from the Delta, BC terminal to the Dartmouth, NS terminal (this includes about 7 days of sitting in Delta as I had just missed the last shipment of vehicles the day before (they tend to send things every 7-10 days, so the car might sit around for a couple of days...but once it's on the train, it goes fast).
