This customer booked on Nov 27th 2015 and advised us that the vehicle would be dropped off early December by his friend. We recommended he have it delivered asap as the trucks don’t depart frequently due to the holidays at the end of the month and into the new year. After the customer changed the drop off date from December 1 to late December we advised them we would not know when it would be shipped as January schedules are sometimes unpredictable. On December 31st the vehicle was finally dropped to the terminal and we notified the owner of the vehicle that it would be leaving on the next available truck but vehicles dropped off late December, before this vehicle was dropped, had priority. On January 12th we notified the customer of the delay with the damaged Nipigon bridge that added another week to the delivery time. Throughout the shipping process we exchanged over 50 emails to this customer. As for the damage this customer is claiming, the 2007 Honda Civic was delivered snow covered and very dirty by the customers friend. As recorded on the condition report, the car was in used condition and had damages all over before shipping.
