This was my first time using a transport company. I moved from Ontario to Alberta for work and needed to transport my Vehicle. Christina at MVS took me through the process step by step and answered all my questions. I asked a lot of questions and she never seemed annoyed or impatient with me even though she could not definitely answer them all.

I was told that they can not guarantee that the car will be picked up and be on its way right away, but it seems I was lucky since my car was shipped next day from the initial holding lot. There is a bit of an unknown factor here.

One time I called in and Christina was not around. Another person who's name I can not currently recall helped me. He was just as friendly and genuinely interested in making sure my concerns were addressed.

When my car arrived in Alberta, Christina promptly contacted me and gave me instructions on where I can pick it up and who i should call to arrange this.

My car was not damaged in any way. I made sure to take pictures; in fact they encourage you send them 8 pictures of the car right before you drop it off.

Based on my one experience with them, I would recommend MVS Canada for someone looking to move their personal vehicle due to a move in situations where they are not able to drive it themselves.
