I am/was one time private user. I had driven to Alberta, and had to fly back for personal reasons, so decided to ship back.

I contacted four different carriers. Only two bothered to get back to me. One quoted 1950 plus taxes. When I asked follow up questions, they never got back to me.

Christina at MVS did get back to me, and quoted me several options for pickup/dropoff that might save me money,. I chose terminal to terminal, having a friend drop my truck at the Calgary terminal, and me picking up at the Toronto terminal. By offering options, she probably saved me $500.

Also, at the pickup time/place, I was late getting there (country bumpkin gets lost in the big city) and they waited for m and did not charge extra and did not complain.

I would use them again if necessary for their customer service.

Incentive to post? Yes, $25 gas coupon. Has nothing to do with my opinion stated above.
