I recently had my sedan shipped from Toronto to Edmonton with MVS Canada and, what a pleasant service I had. I, just like many of us I am sure, really care about my car which left me slightly concerned about the condition I would receive it in, in Edmonton. In the interim, I was receiving regular updates from my customer service rep (Christina) with the shipping /ETA status in which I found a lot of comfort. 3 days prior to the anticipated time of drop-off, I received a call notifying me that my car is already waiting for me in Edmonton, sitting at a secure lot. I was assured that I did not need to be concerned while the car awaits my arrival in Edmonton at such a secure location and best of all, free of charge. Upon my arrival in the city, I couldn’t have been happier to see my car in the same condition I left it in, with my full set of summer tires untouched in the back seat, as well as my keys locked in the trunk as I requested.

If you’re looking to ship your car with a customer service based company, within a reasonably competitive price range, and most importantly, without having to deal with misfortunes, MVS should be the right place for you to do business :) I had a great experience with MVS in general with special kudos to Christina Graves.
