Since being a first timer with trusting my baby with somebody else moving my vehicle across the country I took a lot of time to research and find the best possible reviews for a company. Any company can put up a huge fancy website that looks amazing, but without customer service and satisfaction, your company is dead in the water. Parker Trucking had TONS of perfect reviews and that many people couldnt be wrong! So my choice was made. I emailed Joanne on a Monday morning and had a response back within LITERALLY 10 minutes with an extremely fair quote. A few more emails were sent back and forth with questions of mine that were answered in a timely manner. With a TOTAL of 4 emails I had a conformation of pick-up with a detailed summary! My vehicle was schedules to be picked up within 2 DAYS at no extra charge!!! From here it took 5 days total to ge across the country, my vehicle even arrived a day EARLY!!! I was more than ecstatic to hear this. My driver Edgar was super professional and even took some time to talk to me about our personal vehicles! So it wasnt just a quick business transaction and BYE, which was nice for a change. So my entire experience from begining to end was simply perfect and could not have been better in any way!! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED, WILL USE IN FUTURE FOR MY TRANSPORTATION NEEDS. Thanks again Joanne.
