Hi Emily.
I do apologize on their behalf for the lack of communication.
Looking at your order, we had pickup scheduled for apporox 7/11. Drivers have a 2 day window for pick up and delivery as they are dealing with 7-8 other customers. Pick up took place on 7/12. Delivery was estimated on 7/16 which took place on the 16th. Because the drivers are picking up multiple cars and dealing with multiple, he has to work around all 8 of their schedules so they do not know an approx time for pick up or delivery until they get closer. Again I truly do apologize they did not communicate enough. It was a pleasure working with you and i hope all is well in MS
