I had originally booked with another car transport company and a week before they were supposed to come pick up my car, they had called and said that they couldn't find a transporter for the quote they had gave me.

Frantically, I found Parker trucking on Angies's list and contacted them right away. Promptly, I received a quote from Joanne who was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Because I was signed with another company who had already charged me my deposit, she was kind enough to postpone charging me Parker's deposit until she found a transporter for my car. Joanne was prompt with her responses and responsive to my calls.

The trucker that picked up my car was communicative and punctual. He was very professional when I met him and did a thorough inspection before loading my car. Delivery was prompt and communication was great!

I will never work with another company again!!
