First time shipping a vehicle... Great customer service!

I sold a vehicle on eBay and first time shipping a vehicle. After another trucking company scheduled a pick up and then did not come or call, I called Parker. My car needed to be in Cali on Friday; I called Thursday morning (frantic) and Parker had a driver within an hour and at a lower cost than the "other" company. The pick up was late but I was just glad it got done that day. Parker did communicate with me thru the entire day and when the vehicle was delivered. Thank you!
