This was my first time using MJ Parker to transport my auto cross country from AZ to MA. My experience with them was excellent! Everything ran smoothly, pick up and drop off dates were on time, the quote to move my car was very fair and less expensive than most other transport companies I obtained quotes from. A thorough inspection of my car before and after transport revealed no new scratches or other body damage. The driver was in contact with me several times on the day of pick up, as was the dispatcher the day before pick up. The driver was courteous and friendly. All interactions by email were superb between MJ Parker and I...very informative, friendly, and courteous. The quote was given quickly. The plan for the trip was explained well and in detail. No problems arose before, during, or after the delivery. The entire experience was great, and I would most definitely use MJ Parker again for any auto transport I may need in the future.
