When I started this process I knew the minefield that awaited me, having had a negative prior experience shipping a vehicle. After a two disastrous false starts with other brokers I finally found MJ Parker Trucking. The route, as I was previously told, was not a common one...upstate NY to Reno. From the first telephone call to Joanne at MJ Parker, through the absolute on time pickup, to the equipment used, to the driver and his knowledge and planning and professionalism and communication, to the delivery within 5 minutes of the promised time, I would unequivocally recommend you only make one call and use this company. They not only set the standard for best practices, they are the standard all the others should aspire to.
