Joanne guided me through a process about which knew nothing. You don't need to be a shipping expert to use these folks, and it really feels like they just won't take advantage of a customer's ignorance. In short, they said what they were going to do, and how much it would cost, and then they did what they said, and the quoted cost was never in question. The quoted price was a good one, and it didn't get increased by any unexpected upcharges. There were a couple times I got nervous when I didn't hear from Joanne for a while, but that was just because nothing was supposed to be happening yet. Everything was under control. I would definitely use Parker again.
