The driver was able to deliver our car to the house, which was a shocker as our neighborhood is hard for fire trucks to get into. Thank you for finding a great company to do the transport for us - NW Express Trucking. I appreciated all the advice and frank information. My only concern during the whole process was I was unable to check out NW Express Trucking online. And nothing against Parker Transport, but it was very difficult to get in touch with the driver or driver's dispatch. Thank you again for all your help.

Lisa, Thank you for the nice review. Glad the driver was able to get to your home. During transit, the drivers are not good about giving status of where they are at. This is their down time. Once they arrive to their destination, that is when that start making phone calls on what there schedule is for delivery. Best Wishes ~ Joanne
