We shipped our son's truck from Indiana to 29 Palms, CA and Parker Auto Transport gave us very quick and excellent service. Our son in in the military and was not able to receive the truck in a large "window" of time, so the driver was in contact with him several times so that my son knew almost exactly when it would arrive. Joanne Parker was very helpful from the first contact through the follow-up and always responded very quickly to e-mails. She scheduled pick-up 3 days after my initial contact with her, the driver (High Steppers Transport LLC) arrived on time and was very informative about the process of the transport. I received excellent service from the first contact through the delivery of the truck and would highly recommend Parker Auto Transport to anyone needing to use their services. We previously looked into shipping this vehicle and I contacted several larger companies but there were always problems (wouldn't allow us to pay the full fee before shipment, couldn't arrange specific time for delivery, got shuffled around to numerous agents, several of whom didn't seem to care about the service they were supposed to be offering, two companies were flat-out rude) so this time I decided to look for a smaller company. After reading Parker's reviews, I decided to try them and it was so fast, pleasant and easy (after my previous several attempts through other companies) that I was astonished. The truck was delivered exactly one week after my initial e-mail contact asking for a quote! While they may not be the cheapest company, they were very reasonable and the small difference in cost was well worth overcoming the problems of shipping to someone in the military and for receiving such excellent service. I highly recommend them and if we ever need to ship another vehicle, I would not use any firm except Parker Auto Transport!
