My experience with the transport broker was fantastic. They were very professional and informative. JP followed up with phone calls and emails to keep me informed on decisions . Most importantly, he always wait for my confirmation both verbal and electronic before he proceeds with any decision and he drives it. Which i think was awesome. They are simply good and professional. The driver they used as well was prompt.
