Both Evergreen and the carrier driver Chris were amazing. First off I called on a Tuesday and Evergreen had a driver for me by Wed with a pick up that Friday. I was high maintenance as I've never done this before and had heard horror stories, so I frequently over a few days peppered them with questions, that were cheerfully answered. I also appreciated the care Chris showed for the other cars on the trailer, he said for their safety he couldn't come to my address, due to tree overhang, but he would pick up my car or I could meet him at a local malll, which I chose to do,and he didn't mind waiting for me. I sent the car to my son and he reported that Chris was just as accomodating in regards to his schedule.
