M2Reeves's customer service has no equal. They have always been quick and courteous on the phone so I was surprised when the shipper picked up our car late and then delivered it with the front bug guard broken. The worse was that the driver said there was no way this was his fault. Luckily, I called M2Reeves and soon after I got a call from that shipper's manager, who personally paid for a replacement. So this review replaces my earlier one. Thank you, M2Reeves!
