Just didnt get very much notice that the driver was on the way. He was abt 2 1/2 hours out from picking it up. I am in Iraq and my vehicle was in a storage yard. Arrangements needed to be made with the owner. Anyways, I think a litle more advance notice is in order. But overall great svc.
