Five star LIE!

I got a quote of $659 to ship from Milwaukee to my new home town in Maine. Then I got a call back a half hour later telling me they could not do it for that price. So I compromised and chose to drive three hours to pick up my car to keep the QUOTED PRICE. I recieved an email, from M2 reeves, telling me my car had been picked up on a thursday. The next day (Fri), my friend told me the truck was on its way to pick the car up from his house. I thought the car was already on the truck! After I finally got in touch with the driver I got the real story of when the car would be dropped off. I was told, by M2 reeves, the car would be here on Saturday, at latest Sunday. I did not get my car until late on Tuesday.
Okay fine not everything needs to go pirfect all of the time, especially in the shipping buisness, I get it. Here is the kicker though. I was quoted a price of $659, I was told after filling out a review I would recieve a $50 rebate! So I filled out the review HONESTLY and not in an angry tone. I merely stated the FACTS. I felt I got average service for an average price, considering what I had to do to get my car.
After I recieved many emails telling me to confirm my address to verify who I am, I began to question if I filled out the survey properly. I called the company to figure out what was going on. I found out that I would only recieve my $50 rebate after I give a FIVE STAR REVIEW, not an HONEST review. I asked why do I have to give a five star review to get my money? The response was, "we are a five star company". M2 reeves, How did you become a five star company? I was not told I would have to LIE to get my money!
The service was average, the cost was average, my origional review was average but true. If you choose to use M2 reeves, insist on getting the drivers phone number and only talk to them once you have paid the booking costs. This will save you much time and frustration. I ask this of anyone using this company, please don't sell out and give them a five star review if it was not five star service. Don't contribute to the FIVE STAR LIE!!!

Hmmm. You have to make a fivestar review to get your rebate? The review above says in green "compensated reveiw". and he gave a 0 star review. How can that be? The customer is LYING. We only ask that if you give less then a fivestar review that you call our office first to see if we can satisfy you. If we cannot you sitll get your rebate. It is on our website and we can prove it. This customer's car was picked up from his house in Wisconsin on 7-2 and delivered to his house in MAINE 6 days later for only $609! Oh well goes to show you can't make all of the people happy all of the time. In any event we with Jason well.
