Great service and honesty…up front with all the details. Did not promise anything they couldn't deliver. They tell you that there is a 12 day window from the day you make the request, so you have to be prepared to ship the car during that time, but they will work with you. I made the request on 2 July with a preferred day of pick up on 9 July. They called me on 7 July to pick up the car that day, but I asked if they could change the pickup for 9 July, and they did. The car arrived on time and the truck driver was in contact with me to ensure a successful delivery.
