everything was good except when my car was delivered the key chain was broken-a little disappointed since the key chain held sentimental values but the driver apologised. Also, my car is a Toyota Prius-hybrid and when the car was delivered for whatever reason the engine was left on therefore, the battery was all drained out!!! The driver found a way to unload the car and recharge it however, this shouldn't have happened!
