Customer service was very cordial. The driver of the carrier also did a great job at making sure his obligations were met. The only major issue hindering this rating from being excellent throughout is the amount of time that it has taken in order to receive my rebate. I received my car more than a month ago and I feel that the efforts to receive the advertised, difference-making rebate has been a little too extensive. Not horrible, just extensive.
