This was my first time shipping a car. The staff at M2 Reeves were really friendly and explained the processes very well. They also had one of the cheaper rates in the industry as other companies wanted to charge extra for going into CT (apparently it is not a popular state for car delivery). In the end, it would have been just as expensive for me to fly to Arizona and then drive my car back. However, the convenience factor of not having to drive made all the difference. This was what made shipping my car worth it. I was surprised with the quickness of the service. My car was picked up the day after I placed the order and it arrived a day early. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is considering shipping a car across the country. The only thing that was less than favorable was that my car was delivered around 12:45am. I was also confused as to why the 18-wheeler couldn't come into town and why the driver drove my car to deliver it in person. The communication with the driver could have been improved. Other than that, I am really happy to have chosen M2Reeves.
