I liked the fact the company gave me the cell phone number of the driver who kept me well informed about the pick up. I will cetainly use M2 REEVES in the future. The only thing bad was the fact my car was on the bottom of the transport and the car above leaked oil, which was all over my Acura, but easily cleaned at the car wash!
