After more than 2 months of delay in picking up the vehicle, difficulty in getting a call back from employees of M2 Reeves, promises made but never kept - lack of coordination , attempts to dishonor original quote and have me pay $100's of dollars more , delivery was finally made - nearly 300 miles from Penobscot - notification to me 2 days b4 delivery was that the car would be delivered to my door @ Penobscot , Maine . You can imagine my surprise to be informed 2 days later that my car was about to be dropped off in Boston , Mass - could I give them an address?/ - the only positive experience was with Melanie , an employee who called after this debacle and , with great patience , sincerity as well as an apologetic demeanor ( representing M2 Reeves ) , Melanie took the time and effort to call me personally to review my experience with M2Reeves - I appreciated the personal touch and can only say that M2 Reeves needs more Melanies and fewer employees with an attitude of - " to hell with our customers - we have our rules and we never bend them - EVEN WHEN WE MAKE A MISTAKE - I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE EMPLOYEES WHO WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS DEBACLE !!!!! I was even refused the information to talk with a supervisor , the opportunity to leave a message nor an offer to have a supervisor / manager / CEO etc return a call to me - in fact , I was never notified that my vehicle was to be left @ an unknown address in the Boston area until Gina Cianelli of C&C Transport called me .
Kudos to Melanie . Resentment , disappointment as well as frustration and anger at the employees of M2 Reeves who just didn't give a damn. Lastly , because M2 Reeves did not perform as contracted , my car was left baking in the hot S. Carolina sun - vehicle locked , windows , by necessity closed - nearly 2 months of being baked in the sun as well as pollen . tree pitch and sap baked into the exterior paint , head liner came unglued and now sags , some photos and other delicate belongings in my car were damaged beyond repair and the photos are irreplaceable.
