Once the vehicle was picked up, the trip was mostly uneventful. I had a difficult time reaching the driver and finally had to contact M2Reeves on the 11th day to try and track him down. The car arrived in good condition. The problem with the overall service is that I don't believe the reps had any knowledge of the probability for pick up in the Pullman, WA area. I had to wait 17 days after the first available pickup date before my car was finally picked up. After about 10 days I paid $250 extra for the guaranteed 2 day pick up and the car was not picked within 2 days. I was encouraged to leave the $250 with the company to entice a driver to pick up the car. Perhaps M2Reeves should reconsider use of the word "guaranteed" in their marketing language - or they should assume liaibility for payment of the extra $250 to the driver and reimburse the customer. The customer service I received was friendly, but all I was really told was to "just keep waiting". I do understand that the world of automobile transport is not a science, but I would encourage you to establish realistic expectations from day one based on the traffic in the areas of pickup and delivery.
